Halloween Costume Ideas II

Hello hello hellooooo my pretty little Tangs! <3 I hope you’re having an amazing weekend. I was re-reading my Halloween Costume Ideas post and I thought to myself: “dude I got so many pictures of old Halloween costumes in my Insta archive, why not just bring ’em out, they could help someone”, AND THAT’S WHAT I DID. Excuse that some of the pictures are a bit “vintage” but keep in mind that a couple of them are 10 years old already. Anyway, hope you enjoy and that it helps you find inspooo!

Shego from Kim Possible

The hottest character in the show if you ask me. This costume is so easy, you just need a black lipstick, a green eyeshadow and the black-green jumpsuit that is super easy to find on Aliexpress. Here’s the link for it:

2. Velma from Scooby Doo

Again a super easy costume, the whole outfit is from Shein, including the wig, and the glasses are my blue light filter from Amazon.

3. Pocahontas

Honestly one of my favourite Disney princesses ever and probably the film that gives me the most calm vibes together with Moana. The dress is again from Aliexpress, the earrings as well. I got the necklace in the online Disney store but for sure you will be able to find something similar on Aliexpress as well, if not DIY on Etsy. I did need some adjustments when the dress arrived because it was like a cylinder, no curves to be found, and with the belt it looked a little messy.

4. Naruto

I’m just bringing out my nerdiest side for you guys, this was one of my first cosplays ever (my grandma made it for me when I was 9). Nobody knew Naruto and they kept asking me if I was cosplaying Goku, sad times. You can find the whole outfit on Aliexpress if you search “Naruto cosplay” so I’m not posting any links, you do the job now.

5. Las Chicas del Cable

I think the English translation for the show is Cable Girls, it’s basically a Spanish Netflix show from 2017 about the girls that used to work at the phone companies when they first started. I loved the outfits, the aesthetic, the actors starring… So once again I asked my granny to make me a costume. It looks so good, her hands are seriously crafting magic.

6. Kokiri Kid

I don’t know if you guys like gaming but Zelda is 100% one of my favourite games, highlighting Ocarina of Time, Majora’s Mask and Twilight Princess. I had already cosplayed Link when I was around 13 and I had the little green outfit so I thought I could go for a Kokiri costume. No character cosplayed, just me as a Kokiri girl.

7. Cheerleader

I come from a country where cheerleaders are not a thing but they do appear really interesting and attractive to us, so you will find it very normal to dress up as one for Halloween or Carnaval. Once again, thanks grandma for the costume <3

8. Funny Games

And last but not least… this was a very “funny” (haha no) cosplay that I did with my sister a loooong time ago. If you haven’t watched this movie, go watch it now. I’m not saying anything about it because I don’t want to ruin it for you guys.
