Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Grab a hair mask or conditioner that you have at home and damp your hair with it, leave it on for at least 30 minutes and a maximum of 2 hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Go into the shower and wash your hair normally, shampoo twice and use conditioner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you’re using a hairdryer or any other heat tool, use a heat protectant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n That’s all, you might be wondering… Did she just tell me how to wash my hair? Well yeah, some people are clueless like I was until a few months ago so don’t come at me for this. The real hack is step 1, it really has changed the game for me and it shows, my hair is much healthier and shinier.
